Supports structural engineering project teams with basic design, documentation, building code application, material standards interpretation, construction administration, submittal reviews, RFI responses, interdisciplinary coordination, and quality reviews under general supervision. The role contributes during design and construction phases, attends project meetings, monitors schedules, and develops engineering skills across multiple projects.

Leads the design and technical delivery of complex architectural projects, managing teams, schedules, documentation, code compliance, quality control, consultant coordination, client relationships, presentations, and project issues. Oversees technical resolution, material and system selection, construction coordination, site visits, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle. Requires architectural registration, advanced architectural software proficiency, expert knowledge of building systems and codes, and typically 15+ years of experience.

The Project Architect leads design teams and manages project execution, documentation, and client collaboration while mentoring staff and ensuring design quality.
