Provide general administrative support to managers and department staff: manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, handle correspondence and mail, prepare basic reports and presentations, maintain electronic and paper files, perform data entry, and other assigned clerical duties using standard office software.

Serve as the firm's enterprise cloud subject-matter expert focused on Microsoft Azure. Define cloud architecture, standards, landing zones, governance, and FinOps; build proofs of concept and reference implementations; lead migrations and hybrid-cloud designs; advise executives; review solutions; mentor IT staff; and provide technical leadership across infrastructure, data, application, AI, and security domains.

Serve as HR Business Partner for one or more offices, advising leaders on HR policies, employee relations, talent management, compensation, compliance, and HR analytics. Drive workforce planning, succession, training, investigations, and retention strategies. Provide data-driven insights, implement HR programs, and collaborate with COEs to support business objectives.

Provide consulting and technical leadership for toll revenue collection systems, focusing on CCaaS contact center design, implementation, AI-driven customer service solutions, procurement, operations support, and project delivery across the system lifecycle.

Provide support on urban mobility projects including roadway, bikeway, transit, traffic, and intersection design. Prepare plans, profiles, reports, cost estimates, and deliverables; perform research, data collection, field investigations, GIS mapping, and community meeting support.

The Project Analyst II provides financial guidance for project teams, managing budgets and ensuring compliance, while supporting project lifecycle financial needs, reporting, and cash management.

The Project Analyst III is responsible for financial guidance throughout the project lifecycle, including budget management, revenue analysis, and contract compliance, ensuring project success and optimal fiscal outcomes.

Designs and develops complex, cloud-native software solutions. Defines architecture and technical approach, ensures code quality and performance, mentors junior engineers, collaborates with stakeholders, participates in Agile delivery, and contributes to CI/CD and security practices.
