Provide consulting and technical leadership for toll revenue collection systems, focusing on CCaaS contact center design, implementation, AI-driven customer service solutions, procurement, operations support, and project delivery across the system lifecycle.

Directs a large, multidisciplinary toll technology group of 25–40+ employees. Oversees multiple projects, staffing, priorities, schedules, technical and operational performance, client relationships, business development, recruiting, employee development, compensation reviews, and succession planning. Provide support on urban mobility projects including roadway, bikeway, transit, traffic, and intersection design. Prepare plans, profiles, reports, cost estimates, and deliverables; perform research, data collection, field investigations, GIS mapping, and community meeting support.

Assist project teams with design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans, specifications, quantity/cost estimates, data collection, field investigations, and administrative support to deliver transportation and infrastructure projects.

Provide general administrative support to managers and department staff: manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel, handle correspondence and mail, prepare basic reports and presentations, maintain electronic and paper files, perform data entry, and other assigned clerical duties using standard office software.

Serve as HR Business Partner for one or more offices, advising leaders on HR policies, employee relations, talent management, compensation, compliance, and HR analytics. Drive workforce planning, succession, training, investigations, and retention strategies. Provide data-driven insights, implement HR programs, and collaborate with COEs to support business objectives.
