Leads design-build transit projects and pursuits, managing client relationships, project budgets, schedules, scope, staffing, quality, and financial performance. Supervises and mentors project teams, coordinates organizational resources, oversees project managers, develops business opportunities, and leads proposal and client presentations for major infrastructure projects.

Leads enterprise engineering technology strategy and lifecycle ownership, including evaluation, deployment, governance, support, vendor coordination, training, and continuous improvement. Advises stakeholders on engineering software, cloud solutions, digital delivery, integrations, and emerging technologies. Develops workflows, standards, documentation, and adoption plans while resolving technical issues and influencing modernization and investment decisions. Requires extensive transportation-project technology experience, strong OpenRoads Designer and ProjectWise expertise, AEC digital-delivery knowledge, and demonstrated mentoring and cross-functional collaboration.

Designs and delivers electrical, MEP, and lighting systems for complex infrastructure and facility projects. Performs power distribution, equipment and feeder sizing, grounding, lighting, one-line development, and electrical system studies. Coordinates interdisciplinary project work, manages scope and budgets, reviews designs, supports proposals, and mentors engineering staff. Produces technical reports, plans, specifications, calculations, and detailed designs while collaborating with clients, project managers, and other disciplines.
