Provides strategic and operational leadership across janitorial, sewer and drain, and pest-control divisions. Oversees managers, field teams, budgets, profitability, staffing, service quality, customer and vendor relationships, compliance, safety, and growth initiatives. Establishes operating standards, monitors KPIs, develops leaders, manages financial performance, resolves operational challenges, and reports results to executive leadership.

Supports Community Managers with HOA and condominium operations across a Chicago portfolio. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and vendors, soliciting bids, supporting inspections and projects, responding to residents and boards, preparing communications and meetings, and assisting with invoices and expense tracking. The role requires conversational Spanish, local travel with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, flexible hours, occasional weekend work, and emergency responsiveness.

Manage a portfolio of HOA and condominium associations, serving as the primary contact for Boards and homeowners. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and vendors, conducting inspections, overseeing capital projects, preparing reports, supporting budgets and reserve planning, reviewing expenses and contracts, resolving homeowner concerns, and ensuring compliance with governing documents. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and property operations experience, with in-office training for six months followed by a hybrid schedule.
