On-site Project Engineer responsible for trade coordination, material design/fabrication/delivery management, cost estimating, quantity surveys, RFIs/change order management, document updates, and collaborating with field supervision to ensure successful project delivery. Some exposure to BIM and frequent interaction with project stakeholders.

Manage onsite trade activities from design/fabrication through installation; coordinate materials; review and validate monthly contractor payment applications; control costs and resolve issues (change orders, RFIs); own overall project execution; read and apply construction documents/specifications; mentor and develop junior associates.

Manage on-site MEP trade coordination, oversee material design/fabrication/delivery/installation, interact with field supervision, handle cost/design issues (RFIs, change orders), perform cost estimates and quantity surveys, and support BIM coordination.

Lead MEP preconstruction for commercial projects: communicate with vendors, design engineers, clients, and subcontractors; procure and manage electrical/mechanical subcontracts and equipment; coordinate equipment submittals; assist with electrical, mechanical, and construction cost estimates; support project coordination and execution on-site.

Oversee mechanical and electrical construction for mission-critical/data center projects. Supervise MEP trade contractors and vendors, coordinate schedules, budgets, reports, change orders and RFIs, and manage documentation from pre-construction through close-out while liaising with owners, architects, engineers, and clients.

Lead BIM/VDC modeling and coordination for commercial construction projects. Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks, ensure modeling accuracy and compliance with contract documents, apply company VDC standards, run coordination meetings, track stakeholder responsibilities, conduct quality reviews, and train/develop team members to deliver VDC services.
