Lead onsite trade coordination and overall project execution, manage cost control, review monthly contractor payments, resolve change orders/RFIs, read construction documents, and mentor junior staff.

Manage on-site MEP trade coordination, oversee material design/fabrication/delivery/installation, interact with field supervision, handle cost/design issues (RFIs, change orders), perform cost estimates and quantity surveys, and support BIM coordination.

Manage onsite trade activities from design/fabrication through installation; coordinate materials; review and validate monthly contractor payment applications; control costs and resolve issues (change orders, RFIs); own overall project execution; read and apply construction documents/specifications; mentor and develop junior associates.
