On-site Project Engineer responsible for trade coordination, material design/fabrication/delivery management, cost estimating, quantity surveys, RFIs/change order management, document updates, and collaborating with field supervision to ensure successful project delivery. Some exposure to BIM and frequent interaction with project stakeholders.

Manage onsite trade activities from design/fabrication through installation; coordinate materials; review and validate monthly contractor payment applications; control costs and resolve issues (change orders, RFIs); own overall project execution; read and apply construction documents/specifications; mentor and develop junior associates.
