Manages onboard learning and development programs for a cruise ship, including training delivery, facilitation, talent development, leadership development, performance coaching, LMS administration, compliance training, and succession planning. Partners with shipboard leadership and HR to identify learning needs, support culture transformation, improve performance, and maintain effective training operations in a diverse, 24/7 hospitality environment.

Operate and maintain ship navigation, engineering, electrical, and automation systems onboard cruise vessels. Develop professionally through training and mentorship, work collaboratively with multinational crews, ensure safe and efficient ship operations, and support passenger itinerary execution.

Maintains and repairs the ship’s electrical plant and associated high- and low-voltage systems. Supports repairs to power distribution, communications, safety, engine room, hotel, elevator, lighting, and related electrical systems. Coordinates work with the Duty Engineer and Chief Electrical Engineer, follows electrical safety procedures, assists IT with external communications, and complies with Seabourn HESS-MS and maritime safety requirements.
