Lead export compliance activities including drafting ITAR and Commerce licenses, managing export authorizations, interpreting US export/import regulations, conducting post-approval reviews and audits, training stakeholders, and maintaining compliance metrics and GTS export blocks.

Lead and optimize supply planning for the Process Technology unit: develop inventory strategies, support Kinaxis and SAP IBP implementations, assist global planners, improve APO tools, enforce standard processes, coach and train teams, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer demand and business objectives. Hybrid role reporting to the Director Planning COE.

Provide technical support and coordinate activities for assigned pilot plants, collect and analyze process data, implement process safety and improvement projects, write and update plant instructions, train shift technicians, and support HS&E initiatives. Must handle hazardous chemicals and wear respirator while ensuring effective internal communication.
