Supports the SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation for logistics, including transportation management, warehouse management, and global trade services. Leads master data validation, solution design alignment, system integration and user acceptance testing, training, risk and continuity planning, cutover, go-live, hypercare, governance, process standardization, and continuous improvement. Partners with IT, SAP teams, integrators, and global logistics stakeholders while supporting change management and resolving implementation issues.

Leads multiple global new product introduction programs involving integrated hardware, software, and mechanical products. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, risks, change control, certifications, manufacturing transfer, and commercialization. Directs cross-functional teams across sites, reports performance to senior leadership, collaborates with customers and commercial teams, and ensures compliance with Six Sigma and continuous improvement practices.

Lead execution of Modular Process Unit and industrial programs, overseeing multiple project managers and cross-functional teams. Develop program strategies, monitor schedule, cost, quality, and risks, collaborate with customers, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires extensive program or project management experience in complex industrial projects and strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
