Leads end-to-end S/4HANA integrated supply chain transformation for a strategic business group. Owns program governance, deployment success, business readiness, fit-to-standard adoption, process standardization, change management, training, data readiness, cutover planning, risk management, and executive reporting across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing. Partners with corporate S/4, Global Design Model, and value stream leaders to resolve design gaps and drive operational outcomes.

Supports R&D pilot plant activities through experiments, data collection and analysis, process monitoring, safety modifications, instruction development, technician training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. The role handles chemicals and hazardous materials, supports catalyst and process technology development, maintains plant documentation, and provides technical support to shift technicians. Work is onsite on first shift with 24/7 on-call availability for assigned pilot plants.

Owns full-cycle sales for refining, petrochemical, and adsorbent products and services. Leads opportunities from identification through proposal, negotiation, closing, order management, production, and service delivery. Manages strategic customer relationships, develops 18-month demand and revenue forecasts, builds account plans, provides market intelligence, resolves customer issues, and coordinates internal sales and technical resources. The role requires technical refining and petrochemical experience, solution-selling expertise, Salesforce proficiency, and 25–50% domestic travel.
