Design and optimize heat exchangers for refining, petrochemical, gas, and renewable process technologies. Responsibilities include equipment selection, modeling, specifications, troubleshooting field operations, technical presentations, design standard development, and product improvement. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, customers, contractors, and vendors, requiring expertise in heat transfer, exchanger design software, and API, ASME, and TEMA standards. Travel up to 10% worldwide is required.

Coordinates the full lifecycle of control, safety, automation, industrial network, telecommunications, and packaged-equipment systems. Leads design, procurement, FAT, SAT, commissioning, startup, integration, vendor coordination, alarm management, industrial network architecture, safety-system implementation, documentation, and handover. Serves as the primary interface among customers, engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and site personnel while managing scope, schedules, risks, quality, budgets, and technical standards.

Leads Process Technology IT strategy, multi-year transformation roadmaps, annual planning, investment portfolios, governance, and enterprise transformation alignment. Oversees cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, cloud utilization, change management, and user experience capabilities. Advises executive leadership, drives digital transformation and innovation, ensures strategic integration across major initiatives, and builds high-performing teams focused on measurable business value and adoption.
