Assists with meal preparation and service for clients, staff, and special events. Follows individual diet plans, sanitation and safety procedures, portioning and labeling requirements, dietary documentation, cleaning assignments, and mandated reporting policies. Requires food preparation and sanitation knowledge, physical ability to lift 50 pounds, and successful background, physical, and drug/alcohol screenings.

Directs daily operations of an autism clinic delivering ethical, evidence-based ABA services. Supervises and develops clinical and support staff, oversees client safety, authorizations, scheduling, billing, metrics, hiring, RBT credentialing, compliance, parent concerns, and site resources. The director also collaborates with leadership and other departments, supports professional development, maintains community partnerships, and provides direct care when needed.
