Own the realtime and voice layer of Hopper’s AI travel assistant, including telephony integrations, streaming speech pipelines, model orchestration, and latency optimization. Build React/TypeScript front ends, Scala and Python services, and GCP infrastructure for multi-tenant systems. Develop safety, compliance, observability, and deployment capabilities while supporting incident response and SLA performance. Contribute to architecture and code reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate across product, design, and operations.

The Principal Product Manager will define, build, and commercialize the HTS API Marketplace, coordinating across teams and managing the revenue model while utilizing AI tools for rapid prototyping.

Lead development of model-driven pricing intelligence, supplier performance signals, and automated financial reconciliation across flights, hotels, cars, and ancillaries. Define roadmaps, productionize predictive models, implement monitoring/drift detection, and deliver cross-functional, measurable systems that ensure revenue integrity and marketplace economics.
