Builds and develops a distributed field leadership organization, establishes performance systems, drives CRM and digitally enabled selling, and partners cross-functionally to align enterprise priorities and strengthen service to educators.

Supports investment portfolio administration, reporting, risk and compliance monitoring, trade and valuation review, private asset pricing, and alternative investment operations. Compiles Board and Investment & Finance reports, monitors regulatory requirements, coordinates subscription documentation, and maintains front- and middle-office procedures supporting SOX compliance, disaster recovery, and process improvement.
