Serve as the primary customer interface while directing engineering, security, data integration, and sustainment teams. Manages large, complex task orders under the Program Manager, coordinates with Contracting Officer, task order managers, and government stakeholders, and ensures technical solutions and schedules are implemented on time.

Designs and develops enterprise-scale applications, collaborating with business analysts and system architects. Implements web- and API-based solutions using Java, .NET, AngularJS, JavaScript, SOAP/REST, MuleSoft, and low-code/no-code BPMN tools (Appian, Salesforce, Nintex) with SQL Server in agile/hybrid environments.
