Provide onsite and remote IT support for hybrid and distributed employees. Resolve hardware, software, account access, connectivity, collaboration, and help desk issues; manage tickets, assets, onboarding and offboarding, identity access tasks, endpoint management, and documentation. Support MacOS and Windows environments, conference room technology, printers, and peripherals. Escalate complex issues and partner with Security and IT Engineering on device compliance and access controls.

The Commercial Sales Engineer will collaborate with Account Executives to drive sales opportunities, deliver technical demonstrations, and simplify security concepts for clients, all while growing their technical and customer-facing skills in a fast-paced environment.

The Inside Sales/SMB Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for SMB accounts, driving new business and collaborating with teams to expand customer relationships.
