Manage and coordinate property settlements from contract entry to closing. Serve as customer representative, liaise with title companies and construction, prepare listings and marketing, and support market expansion to ensure timely acquisitions and dispositions.

Source and acquire residential properties: follow up leads, value homes, estimate repairs, analyze comps, negotiate offers, perform due diligence, prepare contracts, meet homeowners, and coordinate closings with agents, lenders, buyers, and title companies. Remote role requiring regular in-person meetings with prospects.
