Provide intake, orientation, assessment, diversion, and crisis triage for individuals and families seeking emergency shelter. Enter client data into HMIS, coordinate with support staff, supervise volunteers during evening shelter shifts, complete logs and incident reports, and provide referrals to housing resources.

Provides intake, assessment, crisis intervention, counseling, advocacy, service planning, and housing placement for individuals experiencing homelessness. Coordinates referrals, shelter bed availability, diversion efforts, transitional housing placements, and client handoffs. Maintains participant documentation in HMIS and Salesforce, communicates with outreach and shelter partners, monitors client progress, and participates in case staffing, supervision, training, and emergency shelter support.

Processes accounts payable and receivable transactions, reconciles credit card activity, cash receipts, bank activity, and general ledger accounts, and maintains vendor records and payment controls. Supports invoice processing, financial reporting, audits, month-end and year-end close, 1099 filings, petty cash, grant billing, and accounting documentation. Uses Sage Intacct to prepare reports and assists the Controller and CFO with financial analysis and accounting projects.
