Manage customer-owned products from receipt through programming, testing, and shipment. Inspect and document incoming products, track items in internal systems, coordinate workflow across Engineering, Production, Customer Service, and Shipping, provide status updates to customers, resolve discrepancies, maintain inventory and documentation, and improve receiving/tracking procedures.

Lead end-to-end hardware design for embedded automotive products: system architecture, schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, testing, board bring-up with firmware, supplier sourcing, mentorship, and project delivery to production.

Design and develop hardware from concept through production, perform schematic entry and PCB layout in Altium, prototype and test circuits, debug and validate electronics, collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and sourcing teams, work with suppliers, manage project schedules, perform peer reviews, and mentor other engineers.

Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain native Android and iOS mobile applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize UX, perform security testing and app maintenance, write scalable, maintainable code, assist with customer support escalations, and integrate automotive communications (CAN) and external interfaces.

Maintain accurate financial records, perform reconciliations, support month-end and year-end close, generate operational and management reports, review staff work, collaborate across departments, support external audits, identify process improvements, and assist with financial analysis and ad hoc projects.
