Manages multiple technology and business projects from conception through release using waterfall and Scrum methodologies. Responsibilities include scheduling, documentation, progress reporting, meetings, risk and issue management, resource coordination, procurement collaboration, process improvement, and cross-functional product launch support. The role also serves as Scrum Master, helping the organization transition from waterfall to Scrum while ensuring projects meet scope, timeline, budget, testing, manufacturing, and release objectives.

Lead end-to-end hardware design for embedded automotive products: system architecture, schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, testing, board bring-up with firmware, supplier sourcing, mentorship, and project delivery to production.

Develop and support embedded software and firmware for automotive hardware products, from prototype through production. Responsibilities include hardware bring-up, peripheral configuration, algorithm development, debugging across hardware and software, code reviews, product planning, and mentoring engineers. The role requires embedded C/C++ development, microcontroller and RTOS experience, embedded Linux knowledge, and hands-on use of electronic instrumentation. This is an on-site position in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
