Supervise warehouse and customer service operations: plan, train and lead staff to meet productivity and service goals. Ensure safety, OSHA and labor law compliance, WMS-driven inventory accuracy, equipment maintenance, forklift certification, hiring, performance evaluations, discipline, and customer satisfaction in a food-grade facility.

Lead enterprise industrial engineering strategy for consolidation and fulfillment. Design, optimize, and standardize end-to-end processes, capacity models, and automation initiatives. Drive cross-functional transformation, advanced modeling and simulation, capital investment cases, RFP support, and operating standards. Advise senior leadership, partner with Operations and Finance, and guide field teams on adoption and continuous improvement across multi-site networks.

Serve as primary day-to-day contact and liaison for assigned customer accounts, managing order creation, inventory reconciliation, carrier selection, retailer compliance, accessorial charges, and special projects. Provide high-level customer service, root-cause analysis, and process improvements while training and guiding team members.
