Provides consultative account management and brokerage services for large-group employee benefits clients. Oversees complex benefit programs, plan design, funding strategies, carrier marketing, underwriting negotiations, renewals, compliance, and client presentations. Builds relationships with senior HR and C-level decision-makers, manages retention and cross-selling opportunities, coordinates internal service delivery, mentors colleagues, and supports receivables collection.

Manage and retain assigned employee benefits accounts by acting as the technical broker-consultant. Oversee client relationships, design insurance programs, coordinate carrier marketing and risk control, deliver stewardship and renewal services, and identify cross-sell opportunities. Ensure timely deliverables, receivable management, and compliance with systems and regulations.

Manages and retains a portfolio of middle-market employee benefits insurance accounts. Supports producers and account executives, prepares policy documentation and proposals, evaluates coverage options, resolves complex client, claims, and billing issues, and identifies cross-sell and upsell opportunities. The role also coordinates client meetings, maintains broker management system records, liaises with carriers, and mentors junior colleagues.
