A property and casualty producer license is required or must be obtained within 90 days.

Handles warm inbound personal-lines insurance leads, identifies customer needs, follows call scripts, transfers or schedules appointments, maintains detailed call records, meets quality and performance targets, and builds customer relationships while driving sales.

Underwrites new and renewal management and fiduciary liability insurance business, evaluating risk, coverage, pricing, and profitability. Builds broker and client relationships, supports growth goals, negotiates within delegated authority, communicates coverage positions, and prepares referrals for management or carrier approval. The role also services renewal accounts, develops fiduciary liability expertise, makes marketing calls, and maintains underwriting standards and carrier relationships.
