Own the DSO digital product roadmap, backlog, and lifecycle across eProcurement, eCommerce, customer portals, integrations, and digital services. Lead discovery, prioritization, agile delivery, pilots, UAT, and optimization while translating complex account hierarchies, pricing, permissions, workflows, and data requirements into scalable solutions. Partner with commercial, operations, technology, customers, and vendors to drive adoption, revenue growth, contract compliance, reduced manual work, and improved digital experiences. Identify AI-enabled opportunities and use experimentation and analytics to guide investment decisions.

Serves as the front-desk point of contact while providing administrative, mailroom, employee support, event coordination, travel logistics, records management, and Operations team assistance. Responsibilities include visitor and badge management, temporary employee payroll administration, manufacturing tour scheduling, mail and package distribution, supply inventory, meeting coordination, and support for employee programs. The role requires strong organization, communication, confidentiality, customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office in a manufacturing environment.

Develop and improve demand forecasts for dental products to support production, inventory, and customer service goals. Analyze sales history, trends, seasonality, promotions, launches, and lifecycle changes. Lead or support S&OP, monitor forecast and inventory KPIs, identify supply risks, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Operations. Build reports and dashboards, support supply chain optimization and ERP improvements, and maintain data integrity across planning systems.
