Develop and improve demand forecasts for dental products to support production, inventory, and customer service goals. Analyze sales history, trends, seasonality, promotions, launches, and lifecycle changes. Lead or support S&OP, monitor forecast and inventory KPIs, identify supply risks, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Operations. Build reports and dashboards, support supply chain optimization and ERP improvements, and maintain data integrity across planning systems.

Performs complex setups, changeovers, tooling adjustments, first article inspections, blueprint and GD&T verification, minor program edits, and process improvements. Uses precision measuring equipment, maintains production documentation, supports Lean and 5S initiatives, and mentors less experienced operators and technicians. Requires safe operation across CNC lathes, Swiss-type lathes, and vertical machining centers.
