Triages and resolves software product issues, including code fixes, testing, edge-case validation, and release verification. Interprets user feedback to identify root problems, monitors product quality, communicates issue status, and documents fixes and recurring patterns. Uses Claude Code and other AI tools to accelerate development while applying strong product judgment. This fully remote contract role supports US- or Canada-based candidates and may grow into product or client-facing work.

The Head of Business Development will lead commercial strategy, pipeline growth, and sales for AI solutions, focusing on GTM planning and team building.

Lead end-to-end AI transformation engagements: diagnose opportunities, design roadmaps, prototype and ship 0-to-1 AI products, manage senior client relationships, and deploy AI tools across workflows while contributing to business development and internal practice building.
