Uses analytics to identify process vulnerabilities, optimize sales operations, and turn large datasets into actionable recommendations. Builds and maintains datasets, models, dashboards, and reports in Hex, Salesforce, and Google Sheets; improves Salesforce processes and flows; establishes metric tracking; collaborates with engineers, product managers, and business partners; and presents insights to drive operational and customer outcomes.

Leads a team processing financial transactions and money movements in a regulated retirement-services environment. Responsibilities include people management, quality control, SLA and KPI oversight, process improvement, SOP development, escalations, capacity planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Compliance. The role emphasizes transaction accuracy, regulatory compliance, automation, operational scalability, and customer-focused execution.

Develop and manage referral partnerships with technology, HCM, benefits, accounting, and financial advisory partners serving SMBs. Build strategic networks, generate leads, establish performance metrics, execute go-to-market initiatives, and resolve partnership issues cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance. The role is quota-driven, relationship-focused, and requires field work three days per week.
