Maintains and improves Power BI reports, dashboards, data models, and client-facing reporting outputs. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, maintaining functional documentation, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, interfacing with business users, and developing effective client relationships. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, an eagerness to learn, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Provides technical support for Huron’s Research Suite software through remote sessions, phone, and email. Responsibilities include investigating and resolving client issues, maintaining configurations and customizations, advising on hardware and software configurations, analyzing logs, improving support tools and processes, collaborating with engineering and services teams, and participating in occasional on-call coverage.
