Manage a multidisciplinary engineering group to develop advanced fluid power and electronic control systems for equipment and vehicle automation/electrification. Define system strategy and technology roadmap, lead technology transfer with Germany, ensure commercial and production readiness, support sales and customers, create standards, provide VoC and training, and oversee development from requirements through testing and installation.

Perform periodic financial reporting, forecasting, cost accounting, and FP&A for manufacturing divisions. Build financial models and visualizations using SAP, BW, Vena, Excel, and Power BI. Investigate variances, support business teams, and deliver ad-hoc analyses and presentations to drive performance and policy improvements.

Provide technical support for assigned product lines by liaising with customers, sales, and German counterparts; develop product knowledge and training; prepare price quotations and analyses; maintain price lists/literature; generate reports in SAP; participate in continuous improvement and other assigned duties. Frequent travel required.
