Leads the Hydraulic Division application engineering team, overseeing technical approvals, system sizing, calculations, product selection, design reviews, and issue resolution. Coaches and develops engineers, establishes engineering standards, and coordinates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Materials, Operations, and Purchasing. Serves as the senior technical customer contact, supporting pre-sales, technical negotiations, training, customer visits, and business growth. Requires deep hydraulic systems expertise, leadership experience, and 30–50% travel.

Leads the product management team and product-line growth strategy, including sales, profitability, budgets, P&L, market targeting, distributor relationships, pricing, product launches, and customer-focused sales initiatives. Oversees product development from concept through production, manages internal resources and processes, supervises 2–4 employees, and supports technical specifications, testing, reporting, and customer presentations. Requires 40% travel and strong fluid power, sales, leadership, and business skills.

Manages the sectional valves product line, including strategy, growth planning, product development, sales and application support, pricing, quotations, inventory coordination, documentation, training, and promotional materials. The role collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, sales, purchasing, and quality teams while supporting customers and distributors. Requires onsite work in Schaumburg, Illinois, with travel of 30%–40%.
