16-week paid immersive technology and leadership training for young adults teaching JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#, and SQL, with project-based learning, networking, career preparation, and placement support. Graduates enter a 20-month residency offering professional/social support, laptops, leadership events, and college enrollment assistance. Program requires age 18+, GED/HS diploma (no bachelors), financial need, full attendance 8AM-8PM M-F for 16 weeks, and no prior coding bootcamp attendance.
