Lead visual storytelling across brand, digital product, motion, and environmental experiences. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate research and strategy into high-fidelity deliverables, prototypes, and brand systems. Advocate for craft excellence, contribute to client-facing presentations, and iterate across exploratory and polished work to communicate user stories and strategic intent.

Lead and execute studio growth by identifying prospects, generating leads, shaping pursuits, and closing contracts. Build and deepen client relationships, partner with design and studio leaders, and strengthen studio-wide BD capabilities through coaching, systems, and playbooks. Represent IDEO externally and drive strategic growth priorities for the Chicago studio.

Lead visual direction across brand, product, interaction, motion, and environmental design. Guide multidisciplinary teams from research through prototyping and client storytelling, create visual systems and prototypes, mentor designers, and ensure high-quality visual communication across diverse projects and mediums.
