Manage B2B marketing activities including events, email campaigns, account-based marketing, digital advertising, SEO, product promotion, website and social media updates, thought leadership, market research, pricing communications, and budget management. Develop and maintain embedded drivers, firmware, and real-time applications using C and RTOS. Lead BSP development, board bring-up, hardware validation, and low-level debugging. Support IoT product initiatives through automation, testing, and scripting with Python. Collaborate with global engineering teams, suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional partners while reviewing designs and validating embedded systems using communication protocols and laboratory tools.

Leads IDEX’s global total rewards strategy spanning compensation, incentives, equity, executive rewards, benefits, recognition, and global mobility. Advises executives and the Board Compensation Committee, ensures regulatory compliance and financial discipline, supports M&A due diligence and integration, manages vendors and rewards systems, and develops a high-performing global team. The role requires enterprise-wide transformation leadership, advanced modeling, strong HRIS expertise, and extensive global compensation and benefits experience.

Investigates employee relations complaints, misconduct allegations, and policy violations; develops investigation plans, conducts interviews, reviews evidence, and prepares reports. Advises leaders and HR stakeholders on risk, resolutions, and policy compliance. Maintains case management processes, identifies trends and root causes, supports workplace policy development, creates HR resources, and facilitates employee relations training. The hybrid role is based in Northbrook, Illinois, with periodic travel to business units.
