Manage B2B marketing activities including events, email campaigns, account-based marketing, digital advertising, SEO, product promotion, website and social media updates, thought leadership, market research, pricing communications, and budget management. Collaborate with product, sales, distributors, customers, and global marketing teams to execute campaigns, analyze performance, generate leads, and support business growth.

Conduct outbound and inbound inside sales activities for Fluid Management products, qualify leads, develop accounts, achieve sales quotas, maintain CRM data, provide quotations and order support, and assist national account teams. The role also involves forecasting, competitive intelligence, customer relationship management, and occasional order management from entry through delivery.

Processes equipment and spare-parts orders, validates pricing and customer documentation, manages customer records, and supports order-to-cash activities. Communicates order status, delivery updates, and issue resolutions to customers and internal teams. Investigates escalated concerns, coordinates freight and cross-functional handoffs, maintains order tracking tools, and contributes to process improvements, documentation, cross-training, service metrics, and customer satisfaction.
