Leads large, complex ERP implementation projects from planning through closure, overseeing scope, resources, governance, financial controls, risks, quality, and stakeholder communication. Serves as an executive-level customer advisor, drives value realization, revenue growth, change management, and upselling, and develops project methodologies, teams, and future project leaders. Collaborates across consulting, sales, customer success, R&D, and support while shaping enterprise project-management strategy and ERP delivery best practices.

Owns global commercial execution and revenue forecasting for the IFS Loops portfolio. The role drives sales-play adoption, pipeline creation and progression, larger-deal motions, deal inspection, forecast accuracy, and regional operating cadences. It partners with strategic sellers, Marketing, Enablement, Presales, Product Management, and regional sales leadership to improve win rates, shorten sales cycles, shape deals, and scale repeatable AI software sales motions globally.

Own end-to-end product design for AI-driven enterprise software, from problem framing and user research through production-ready designs and shipped outcomes. Partner with engineers and product managers, conduct qualitative and quantitative research, design AI interactions with safeguards and human oversight, contribute to design systems, apply accessibility standards, and measure improvements in task success, adoption, and support volume.
