Teams at iHerb

Lead end-to-end technical strategy and modernization of iHerb's product catalog platform. Define architecture, data models, APIs, and service boundaries; write production code; drive cross-team technical decisions, mentorship, and AI-driven SDLC standards. Coordinate multi-team efforts, ensure engineering quality, and represent engineering across product, data science, security, and infrastructure.

Lead design, build, and operation of GenAI product features and a shared AI platform: RAG pipelines, LLM-driven personalization, conversational agents, agentic workflows, eval frameworks, and MLOps. Own end-to-end production lifecycle, observability, on-call, and integrations with marketing/BI systems. Collaborate with personalization teams and document architectural and evaluation outcomes.

Lead and hands-on manage the Catalog engineering team, own sprint delivery and architecture, write and ship full‑stack production code using AI-assisted tooling, hire and grow engineers, and drive collaboration with product and design while shaping an AI-driven SDLC.
