Leads day-to-day legal department operations, including workflows, matter and document management, budgets, invoicing, vendors, outside counsel, and contract lifecycle oversight. Supports real estate transactions, corporate governance, entity management, compliance, legal research, claims, litigation, subpoenas, and insurance matters. Oversees the law clerk program and mentors legal talent while working closely with the General Counsel and physicians.

Provide substantive corporate legal support including drafting and managing contracts, supporting commercial real estate transactions, maintaining corporate governance and entity records, preparing filings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with compliance, litigation support, and special projects under the General Counsel.

Performs diagnostic radiology procedures per physician orders and regulatory standards, maintains equipment and documentation, assists with patient positioning, keeps a safe, clean work environment, and completes other duties as assigned.

Keeps work area clean and safe, assists Radiology Manager, and helps position and lift patients. Uses PACS and basic office software. Requires state radiologic license, ARRT registration, and CPR/AED certification.

Provide patient-centered musculoskeletal care as an athletic trainer physician extender: assist with exams and treatments, manage documentation and scheduling, perform DME brace fittings, communicate with physician teams, educate patients, maintain supplies and records, and travel between multiple clinic sites as needed.

The ATC Physician Extender provides patient support in an orthopedic practice, assisting with examinations, managing schedules, and educating patients about health and injury prevention.

Provide athletic training services in an orthopedic practice: evaluate, triage, treat, rehabilitate, and prevent athletic injuries; coordinate care with physicians and therapists; perform DME brace fittings; maintain EMR documentation; provide event coverage and community outreach; follow HIPAA/OSHA and attend continuing education.

The Physician Assistant will assist in patient clinical care and surgery, conduct exams, order imaging, prescribe treatment, and collaborate with physicians.

The Lead Radiologic Technologist oversees DEXA and Ultrasound operations, ensuring quality care, compliance, workflow efficiency, and staff supervision, while performing imaging duties and training staff.

Provides administrative and scheduling support for a physician team: answers calls, coordinates appointments and depositions, manages correspondence and medical records, handles insurance precertifications and payments, maintains physician credentials, supports office operations and special projects to ensure smooth patient and clinic workflows.

Works varied weekend shifts (7am-8pm), assists patients with positioning, and completes duties as directed by the Radiology Manager.

Assist with exams, treatments, DME brace fitting, ordering tests per provider, scheduling, documentation in EMR, patient education, and supply management. Maintain licensure, follow HIPAA/OSHA, and support clinical team communication and workflows.
