Manages the healthcare compliance program for a large orthopedic physician practice. Responsibilities include risk-based monitoring, audits, investigations, policy development, compliance training, corrective actions, reporting, documentation, and operational guidance. The role partners with physicians, clinical and administrative leaders, subject matter experts, and the General Counsel. Attorneys may also perform supervised legal research, contract review, drafting, and regulatory analysis.

Develops regional marketing and outreach strategies to strengthen physician referral relationships, grow patient volume, engage employers and community partners, and increase awareness of orthopedic services. Responsibilities include field visits, event and sponsorship coordination, local campaigns, marketing collateral, budget management, CRM tracking, reporting, and identifying market opportunities. The role is initially clinic-based before transitioning to frequent travel throughout the assigned territory.

Supports Epic Professional Billing and related applications through configuration, testing, maintenance, workflow analysis, reporting, system enhancements, upgrades, and end-user training. Partners with revenue cycle, clinical, finance, and IT teams to resolve issues, optimize workflows, develop claim scrubber edits, maintain PB coding configurations, and provide dashboard analysis and application support.
