Production Associates work in a healthcare laundry plant, sorting soiled linens, laundering garments and linens, inspecting products, packaging clean items, loading deliveries, and maintaining a safe, sanitary workspace. They operate equipment, follow infection prevention practices, OSHA standards, lockout/tagout procedures, quality requirements, and safety training. The role requires basic literacy and math, prolonged standing, lifting up to 30 pounds, authorization to work in the United States, and flexibility for special requests.

Leads inspections, corrective maintenance, repairs, rebuilds, and refurbishment of industrial tunnel washer systems nationwide. Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; coordinates maintenance projects; mentors technicians; manages CMMS documentation; conducts testing and safety activities; and develops standardized reliability practices to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. Extensive overnight, weekend, emergency, and nationwide travel is required.
