Leads and develops a software engineering team, owns engineer growth, partners with Product and technical teams on architecture and data models, facilitates technical roadmap execution, translates business goals into requirements, and drives scalable, maintainable solutions amid ambiguity.

Develop and maintain scalable backend applications, microservices, APIs, integrations, and production-ready client-facing features. Ensure systems are secure, documented, tested, and performant while collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. Translate business goals into technical architecture, estimate scope and timelines, and contribute across the technology stack in a remote, cross-disciplinary environment.

Develop machine learning and AI models using clinical, claims, and social determinants of health data to improve pediatric patient outcomes. Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define requirements, optimize data collection, build data assets, conduct exploratory analysis, and deliver strategic and patient-care insights.
