Coordinate with Client Success and Development to translate business requirements into technical implementation while tracking timelines, statuses, and performance to ensure successful deployment.

Own and improve cloud infrastructure and CI/CD for a production platform: design IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), operate AWS services (EKS/ECS/Lambda), implement security and observability, automate operations, lead incident response, and contribute to QA automation and application reliability.

Analyze commercial campaign performance, build dashboards and reports, provide actionable insights for Client Services and Sales, manage target lists and data quality, and improve reporting through automation and AI-enabled tools to support commercial growth.
