Lead and coach a team supporting Salesforce and enterprise CRM platforms. Manage incident response, on-call rotations, UAT, integrations, CPQ/SAP/ServiceMax support, release cycles, documentation, and process improvements to ensure operational continuity and delivery quality.

The Director leads compliance and business process governance, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, integration of compliance objectives, and drives operational effectiveness and innovation.
