Lead the Surgical franchise marketing for Sustainability Solutions: develop and execute annual strategy and product launches, collaborate with sales, set pricing and P&L-aligned plans, run segmentation, forecasting, metrics, and demand generation, mentor a direct report, and build customer and industry relationships. Travel up to 30%.

Provide national, field-based coverage for neurosurgical sales representatives on leave and support regional sales efforts. Educate and train OR staff on Stryker neurosurgical products, promote products to clinicians, manage product evaluations, support trade shows, solve customer issues, maintain regulatory and GMP compliance, and travel extensively (≈95% overnight).

Provide clinical expertise and training for MAKO robotic and manual joint replacement procedures, support surgeons and clinical teams during deployments, manage scheduling in RepSuite, ensure compliance and product safety, troubleshoot clinical inquiries, and build relationships with hospital staff and internal teams.
