The Senior Software Engineer will design and develop backend systems and APIs, mentor other engineers, and resolve complex integration challenges in healthcare technology.

Leads healthcare quality improvement by analyzing member satisfaction, escalations, operational performance, and service-quality data. Develops reports, dashboards, trend analyses, and corrective action plans; facilitates quality meetings; identifies risks and improvement opportunities; and partners with leadership and cross-functional teams on remediation, process optimization, audits, and service improvements.

Owns the marketing and communications team’s intake, prioritization, workflow systems, project plans, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The role manages Asana adoption, tracks portfolio capacity and risks, supports campaign scoping, develops standard operating procedures, and advances technology transformation initiatives. It also partners with leadership on team culture, engagement, and continuous learning.
