Develop pricing strategies, commercialization recommendations, market research, competitive intelligence, financial models, and executive analyses for veterinary technology products. The role evaluates pricing models, product costs, customer willingness to pay, market opportunities, margins, and revenue impacts while partnering with Product, Finance, Commercial, Operations, M&A, and executive teams on launches, strategic planning, partnerships, and portfolio decisions.

Own the analytics engineering roadmap, architecture, and production data models. Build and optimize dbt models using SQL, Python, and Databricks; establish dimensional models, governed metrics, testing, documentation, lineage, monitoring, and CI/CD practices. Partner with data engineering, analysts, BI developers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable analytics products, improve performance and cost efficiency, investigate data quality issues, and mentor team members.

Leads technology strategy, roadmaps, portfolio prioritization, budgets, delivery, and ROI measurement across a multi-brand business unit. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams to align technology investments with business outcomes, manage risks, support M&A integration, and drive enterprise-wide transformation. Oversees onshore and offshore teams, vendors, communication, and change management while ensuring scalable, cost-effective technology execution.
