The Customer Growth Executive drives satisfaction, retention, and growth for Tier 1/Tier 2 clients by building relationships and developing strategies for client engagement.

Serves as the highest-level technical authority for Platform Operations, specializing in CPaaS registrations, connectivity, routing, spam prevention, traffic integrity, and anti-abuse operations. Owns technical roadmaps, operational reliability, monitoring, detection, automation, incident escalation, compliance controls, and continuous improvement. Partners with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Support, Sales, carriers, and other stakeholders while mentoring senior engineers and guiding platform strategy.

As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will design and implement complex technical solutions, collaborate across teams, mentor others, and improve customer experiences through effective solution delivery and leadership.

Lead regional go-to-market execution for RCS, driving pipeline growth, sales alignment, partner engagement and product adoption. Support enterprise sales cycles, enable Sales squads, manage carrier and Google partnerships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet regional revenue and gross profit targets.

The Strategic Partnership Development Manager will manage top-tier partner relationships in North America, focusing on revenue growth, partner planning, and execution of go-to-market strategies while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders.
