The Customer Growth Executive drives satisfaction, retention, and growth for Tier 1/Tier 2 clients by building relationships and developing strategies for client engagement.

Serves as the highest-level technical authority for Platform Operations, specializing in CPaaS registrations, connectivity, routing, spam prevention, traffic integrity, and anti-abuse operations. Owns technical roadmaps, operational reliability, monitoring, detection, automation, incident escalation, compliance controls, and continuous improvement. Partners with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Support, Sales, carriers, and other stakeholders while mentoring senior engineers and guiding platform strategy.
