Owns enterprise solution architecture across applications, AI, data, integration, cloud, infrastructure, identity, and security. Develops current- and target-state architectures, capability roadmaps, standards, governance processes, and reusable patterns. Partners with business, engineering, security, data, and delivery teams to guide major initiatives, manage tradeoffs, and ensure conformance. Applies enterprise AI architecture, retrieval-augmented generation, agent workflows, and governed platform integrations to move concepts into production-ready solutions.

Lead corporate strategy initiatives spanning growth opportunities, operating models, customer lifecycle optimization, M&A, post-merger integration, and transformation. Build fact bases, financial models, business cases, forecasts, journey maps, and executive recommendations. Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive strategic programs from concept through measurable execution, while establishing governance, measurement frameworks, and repeatable best practices.

Acquire and convert new enterprise accounts for networking, security, and cloud solutions across the Chicago territory. Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through executive engagement, business-value assessments, closing, partner collaboration, and forecasting. Use AI-enabled sales intelligence, CRM, and sales platforms to build pipeline, personalize outreach, improve deal execution, and maintain forecast accuracy. The role requires a proven hunter mindset, C-level relationship building, complex enterprise selling, and consistent quota achievement.
