Process payroll tasks including entering timesheets in Paycom, auditing timekeeping, onboarding new hires, maintaining personnel/payroll records, running billing, supporting payroll projects, and performing related administrative duties in a remote role.

Provide HR generalist support for headquarters and remote employees, focusing on employee relations, investigations, performance management, FMLA/ADA/workers' comp administration, HRIS recordkeeping, legal compliance, policy development, and manager consultation. Handle employee inquiries on benefits and 401(k), maintain records, and assist with trainings and documentation to ensure regulatory and corporate compliance.

Manage Concur and coordinate travel arrangements for corporate and contract staff. Review, validate, and process expense reports, resolve non-compliance issues, maintain records and reconciliations, compile and report expense data, train employees on expense management, and perform related duties to meet department needs.
