Corporate Finance Intern supporting monthly and quarterly financial reporting, standardized SG&A reporting, Power BI dashboards, ad hoc analysis, document validations, and SAP ERP reporting. The intern will identify process improvements, develop procedures, support timely and accurate reporting, and collaborate with internal partners. Candidates must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program, have unrestricted U.S. work authorization, and work onsite three days per week during the summer internship.

Manage plant storeroom operations, including receiving, inventory control, materials issuance, audits, job kitting, stock-level optimization, and obsolescence reviews. Lead teams and contract workers while improving inventory accuracy, service levels, working capital, and operational performance. Partner with maintenance, procurement, and plant stakeholders, using SAP or CMMS platforms, data-driven metrics, Lean Six Sigma, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.

Supports integrated marketing communications across digital initiatives and U.S. tradeshows. Responsibilities include coordinating agency and internal deliverables, developing briefs and timelines, creating messaging and content, supporting creative assets and events, writing and editing copy, using Adobe Express, and measuring campaign results. The intern will also contribute to marketing strategy, competitive research, stakeholder collaboration, and a final communications campaign presentation.
