As Plant Coordinator, you will manage plant operations during off-shifts, ensuring safety, overseeing maintenance, and enhancing customer experience while being the on-site emergency coordinator.

Lead responsibility for inventory, supplies/packaging adjustments, yield and maintenance accounting, reconciliations, monthly close, variance reporting, forecasting/budgeting, audit support, process improvements, and coaching one Accountant to ensure accurate, timely plant financial reporting.

The Sr. Accountant will manage indirect tax operations, including compliance and reporting for U.S. and Canadian jurisdictions, while overseeing audits and system enhancements.
