The Business Management & Execution Lead oversees daily operations, drives performance management, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and reports to executives, enhancing organizational effectiveness.

Lead sales activities for an assigned healthcare technology product suite to meet revenue targets. Act as product SME, shape complex multi‑stakeholder deals, coach team members, manage pipeline and metrics, identify cross‑sell/up‑sell opportunities, and engage C‑suite stakeholders. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies and travel up to 25% for client engagements and events.

Support onboarding and integration of new clients: gather requirements, validate data readiness, perform system and data analysis, troubleshoot conversions, build and configure systems, document root causes, participate in on-call conversion support, and collaborate across implementation, go-live, and optimization while maintaining HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
