Own the Input1 Payments client portfolio by managing merchant relationships, leading implementations, driving product adoption, resolving technical and operational issues, and coordinating with internal teams. Support clients from onboarding through ongoing success while guiding payment integrations, workflows, and long-term account outcomes.

Performs manual software testing to ensure production readiness and accuracy. Creates test cases, documents and communicates results, supports technical issue resolution, and collaborates with stakeholders and development teams on bug reports. Serves as a liaison between customers and software development. The role requires strong IT knowledge, software development lifecycle expertise, attention to detail, communication skills, and multitasking ability.
