Input 1 LLC builds software and payments solutions for the insurance industry. We work in a fast-moving environment and focus on delivering reliable, high-quality solutions and strong client experiences.
This role exists to provide dedicated ownership of the Input1 Payments client portfolio. As our Client Success Manager, you’ll be the primary owner of merchant relationships, leading implementations, driving adoption, resolving issues, and helping clients achieve long-term success. We are looking for someone with strong technical capability who can confidently work through integrations, payment workflows, operational issues, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams and clients.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of related professional experience in client success, account management, implementation, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong technical aptitude and experience supporting technical products, platforms, or workflows
- Experience owning client relationships from onboarding through ongoing success
- Hands-on experience leading implementations and coordinating across internal teams
- Ability to manage technical or operational issues with clients and internal partners
- Strong communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with payment gateways, merchant services, payment processing platforms, or similar fintech solutions preferred
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments preferred but not required
