Owns state and district RFP responses and instructional materials adoption submissions from solicitation review through confirmed receipt. Writes persuasive, evidence-backed proposals; interprets requirements; builds compliance matrices and project plans; coordinates cross-functional contributors; verifies materials; manages deadlines and submissions; and improves proposal processes. The role also maintains adoption opportunity calendars, supports bid/no-bid decisions, manages proposal content libraries, tracks outcomes, and applies evaluator feedback to improve future submissions.

Leads the Partner Experience team supporting district onboarding, implementation, training, engagement, renewals, and expansion across three education products. Manages team performance, capacity, workflows, partner health metrics, feedback loops, and operational improvements. Collaborates with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Marketing to ensure smooth handoffs, effective partner support, and data-driven improvements. Requires approximately monthly travel to partner districts, retreats, and company events.

Leads the 0-to-1 design and development of a K-5 foundational literacy curriculum strand. Owns research alignment, instructional architecture, scope and sequence, lesson routines, assessments, differentiation, quality standards, and materials development. Directs curriculum creators, reviews and coaches instructional work, and collaborates with product, design, assessment, editorial, production, and professional learning teams to create a rigorous, usable, scalable instructional system.
