Manage and coordinate multiple global traceability and digital transformation projects: maintain project plans, track deliverables and risks, facilitate stakeholder communication, implement PM tools, and support timely delivery across internal teams and external partners.

Coordinate manuscript submission, peer-review, and production workflows for scientific journals. Administer online submission systems, screen submissions and integrity reports, support authors/editors/reviewers, maintain user databases, update SOPs and templates, assist metadata export/import and proofing, invoice publication fees, and liaise with production teams and editorial boards.

Manages relationships with assigned professional association Sections across the Western U.S., British Columbia, Mexico, and Latin America. Supports member engagement, recruitment, retention, volunteer leadership, governance, events, executive engagement, and cross-functional initiatives. Tracks Section health and performance through metrics, feedback, and dashboards, recommending improvements and coordinating strategic support. The role also plans Section visits and conference experiences, manages vendors and timelines, and may supervise temporary staff, interns, contractors, or volunteers.
