Lead cross-functional growth teams to define and execute product and market strategies, manage product lifecycle and roadmaps, set pricing and financial plans, drive upstream/downstream marketing (digital, events, sales enablement), and develop team capability to meet revenue and profit targets.

Drive HR compliance and reporting (AAP, EEO-1, ADA, VETS-4212), maintain and update policies, ensure I-9 and federal contractor compliance, partner with HRIS, Legal, and vendors, conduct audits, deliver training, and support workforce changes and transactions.

Lead strategic account plans and executive engagement with OEM customers to drive revenue and profitability. Mentor account managers, negotiate complex multi-year contracts, provide market intelligence, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure operational and regulatory compliance while maintaining performance metrics.
